For the moderated interviews I had 4 participants. 2 of the participants have membership cards at Activ Fitness Clubs, therefore they are familiar with the services and studios from their living area. 2 of them are male and 2 are female. 2 of them are parents. All 4 of them speak German.
Because in this study case, the purpose is to improve an existing product, I used the summative usability methodology.
Each participant was asked to complete a given task thinking aloud (while I was obseving the behavour, recording video and measuring the time on task). At the end the participant was asked 5 questions to rate on a five-point scale of agreements ​​​​​​​(Likert Rating Scale metrics)

After that, each participant was asked about personal impressions regarding the website, what difficulties they encounter while navigating and what they wish to add/change for increased satisfaction and experience. ​​​​​​​
