


The primary personas are Mrs. Ada - the old lady and Betty - the stay at home mom -, because both behaviour are the hardest to satisfy. One not using or having limited use of a smartphone/ a digital device - so to the final product itself. The other one needs a lot of laundry to wash and has a very dynamic /random daily schedule due to the children and house chores she needs to do. The design process focused on a solution, that includes both of this persoans, considering their context of use and habits and preferences.
